About the publication

The Yearbook of UNWE is a reviewed scientific publication of the University of National and World Economy, Sofia. It is a collection in English and includes results from scientific research presented in the form of studies, articles, conference reports, scientific announcements, etc.  

The Yearbook of UNWE publishes only original research works that have not been published before and have not been simultaneously submitted for publication anywhere else. Manuscripts are written and submitted in accordance with the requirements of the editorial board. The review of the studies and articles is done in compliance with the assessment standards of the double blind review system.

Scientific profile

The Yearbook of UNWE publishes results from scientific studies in the fields of economics, administration, management, law and political studies as well as in areas related to them.

Publication ethics

The editorial board of The Yearbook of UNWE (the Board) follows the principles of legality, independence, objectivity, impartiality, publicity, tolerance and professional qualification. Thus, it provides equal opportunities for protection of the authors’ legal rights and interests.

The Board follows the commonly adopted norms of publication ethics. The editorial policy of the publication is based on the international standards of the Committee on Publication Ethics, COPE, (http://publicationethics.org/files/u2/New_Code.pdf). These standards are followed by the editors, reviewers, authors and publisher in the publication process. On the website of the publication, the editorial board has published its contacts, the rules it follows, the requirements to the contributors and the criteria for assessment/review of the manuscripts.

WE ARE CELEBRATING 100 YEARS SINCE YEARBOOK OF UNWE STARTED AS A SCIENTIFIC JOURNAL

 

Yearbook of UNWE is inviting papers for Vol. 1 and 2 which are scheduled to be published in 2022. Last date of submission is February 10, 2022. However, an early submission will get preference in case of review and publication process.

THE YEARBOOK OF UNWE is a peer-reviewed academic journal and provides a platform for the scientific community and those who have an interest in emerging issues in social science to exchange ideas. The journal publishes theoretical and empirical research articles, scientific announcements, etc. We welcome the article(s) submission in: Economics, Administration, Management, Law and Political Studies as well as in areas related to them.


PUBLISH YOUR NEXT ARTICLE IN THE ANNIVERSARY ISSUE OF YEARBOOK OF UNWE

The Yearbook of UNWE publishes only original research works that have not been published before and have not been simultaneously submitted for publication anywhere else.

The acceptable articles should be well written and in line with the requirements of the journal. To download “paper template” and requirements please visit the website, section “Requirements to the contributors”. Please read the instructions before submitting your manuscript.

The manuscript should be submitted online through the journal’s internet platform (http://unwe-yearbook.org/en/journalissues/submit) . The confirmation letter(s) are sent to the corresponding author of article(s) reception.

Manuscripts are subject to a double-blind review system. Our objective is to inform authors of the decision of their manuscript within one month after the review, and following acceptance, the article is normally published in the journal’s next issue.

The Yearbook of UNWE is indexed with and included in CrossRef, RePec, ROAD, SIS, CEEOL, Google Scholar, J-Gate.

Each paper published in Yearbook of UNWE is assigned a DOI® number. The DOI of this journal is 10.37075/YB
